Bray Choral Society’s dedicated membership includes enthusiastic singers residing in the area spanning South Dublin to North Wexford. Sharing a true passion for classical music, our members are non-professional singers representing a variety of musical levels and experience. While several members have been with Bray Choral Society since our founding in 1986, new members have joined throughout the years making for a vibrant and dynamic mix.

Our members come from all walks of life and often have experienced music as a hobby or as a sense of personal enjoyment throughout their lives. All musical abilities are welcomed and represented, and all levels are catered for with our music director producing accompanying learning CDs for members who are not proficient in sight reading of music.

Rehearsal Venu

Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm to 9.30pm in Little Flower Hall (beside Holy Redeemer Church in Bray).

A. Come along and have fun singing great music. Don’t be afraid to audition. It’s not difficult.

Q.  What advice would you have for people looking to join?
A. Not to worry about being able to read music or the standard of their singing voice. They will be helped and guided as much as possible and hopefully have fun too.

A. They promote and encourage young local talented singers at concert level.
